Moche Inspired Glass Bead Bracelet

Designed exclusively for the Freud Museum London by Just Trade to celebrate the Freud and Latin America exhibition.

This jewellery is inspired by the necklace that adorns the neck of the Peruvian vessel figure from Freud’s collection. The vessel, dated from c. 200 AD from the Moche civilisation, could have been given to Freud by the young Peruvian doctor Honorio Delgado, who was a great admirer of his and worked on bringing psychoanalytical ideas to Latin America.

This adjustable bracelet is handmade from recycled glass, crafted by skilled artisans in Indonesia.
