Freud Snake Wire Bangle

Designed exclusively for the Freud Museum London by Just Trade to celebrate the Tracing Freud on the Acropolis exhibition. This wire bangle is inspired by snake jewellery in Freud's collection of antiquities. Snake jewellery was widely popular in Greek culture. Snakes were often associated with healing and the god Asclepius. They symbolised fertility and were intended to ward off evil.

Our Snake Wire Bangle is made from brass and crafted by skilled artisans in Peru.
