The Rorschach Text - Martin Bladh
¥75.00
The Rorschach Text was originally published for the Festival of the Unconscious (2015).
It is an introspective work in which the artist tries to unlock childhood anxieties, dreams and fantasies through aesthetic creation and free association. Bladh has subjected himself to Hermann Rorschach’s inkblot test and used the verbatim association texts as blueprints for ten mixed media collages; these pictures became triggers for memories, recurrent fantasies, dreams, artefacts and objects of significance related to the artist’s childhood, bringing together a unique, haunting autobiographical document.
This expanded second edition includes a 20-page postscript by the artist and a foreword by Steve Finbow.
